Our fragrances are made in small batches in our Brooklyn studio where we blend, bottle, and package each order with care. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time we receive them, and shipping times are typically 2-3 business days once an order ships from our studio. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order ships that will include your tracking information.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international countries.

We are excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. Please note, MCMC Fragrances is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

On very rare occasions, the packages we ship to you become lost in transit. Please note that MCMC cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!

Here are some tips, in case your package says delivered but you can't find it:

- USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
- Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your local office, and not the USPS hotline (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
- If the parcel does not show up, please call the Post Office and file a claim.

Our products are bottled to order, and therefore made specially just for you. As such, we unfortunately cannot take any returns. We always suggest you start with our Sample Set to try the scents before purchasing a full size bottle.

Yes! Samples of our Eau de Parfums and Dude No.1 Cologne are available to purchase here.

Our Eau de Parfums are diluted in 190-proof denatured alcohol and come in an atomizing spray bottle, while our Perfume Oils are diluted in fragrance-free coconut oil, and are applied with a rollerball.

We find that the Eau de Parfum tends to last longer (tip: spray a little perfume in your hair or scarf for extra long-lastingness), while the perfume oil melts into the skin more and needs reapplication throughout the day. Fragrance also clings well to hydrated skin. We recommend a layer of unscented moisturizer prior to putting your perfume on.

Our Perfume Oils fit perfectly in a purse and is a great travel size!

Atmosphere Mist is just our fancy way of saying room spray. All of our Atmosphere Mists are 100% natural, so you can feel safe spraying generously in a space. The natural essential oils have healing aromatherapeutic benefits.

We believe anyone can wear a fragrance, regardless of the notes and ingredients. As such, our scents are gender-neutral and can be worn by everyone. Just follow your nose and wear what you love!
