I met Jane through our mutual friend Amber a few years ago. Actually, I knew Jane's jewelry first, as Amber was always wearing these beautiful glass rings, earrings and necklaces. Glass jewelry! Beautiful. Jane and I live and work in the same neighborhood and just the other day I ran into her as she was on her way to take her son George (the cutie above) to an art class at the YMCA.

When did you first start wearing perfume? What fragrance was it?: I was 14 years old. I wore China Rain perfume oil, and I also wore YSL Paris.

If you were a plant, what would you be?: A Magnolia flower. It reminds me of my childhood in New Orleans.

What's in your refrigerator right now?: Fermenting experiments and lots of other goodies. My husband is a chef. Yes I am spoiled!
